Visiting

A few weeks ago, while Andy worked an afternoon shift, the kids and I went to visit Uncle Bert. Evan was very excited to go, mainly because he knows that Uncle Bert has a cat. When he heard we were going, he said, "Yeah, Unc' Ber,... meow".

For some reason, Evan is intrigued by cats and wants to get as close to them as possible. Unfortunately for him, this cat wants nothing to do with him and hid in the bedroom during our entire visit. That didn't stop Evan from looking for him though. When he wasn't investigating what was in all the cupboards, he was looking under the furniture and behind all the doors for "kitty".

Uncle Bert and I had a good chat while we watched Clara play with her and Evan's new toys. Thanks for the gifts Uncle Bert.

It is nice to be able to visit Dunnville and to catch up on what the family is doing. We don't get to go very often, so we really do appreciate the little visits we get in from time to time.
