Children's Musem
Last week, Evan and I spent some time with friends at the Children's Museum. I have never been there, but Andy used to go when he was a kid. They have great stuff there for children of all ages.
We met Anne, Kenneth, Angie, Luke, Nate, Cara, Leyla, Sarah, Meghan, Amy, Olivia, and Charlotte. Together, we all had a lot of fun exploring all the different toys there!

We started our morning with lots of singing and actions for all the songs. The guy running the group read everyone a story, but by that point, Evan had lost interested and wanted to play with the fish instead. Here you can see Charlotte and her mommy enjoying the fish too.

Evan then got to do his first craft. Well, actually, mommy got to do her first craft as I was a little worried about how much paint Evan would either eat or be wearing by the time we were done. We were supposed to dip a piece of string through some paint and then colour with it. As you can see, it wasn't that easy.

The group director also showed all of the kids one of the pet lizards. I don't think Evan was too interested in it, but some of the older kids were really eager to get close to it.

After, we had an opportunity to look through the rest of the museum and play. I'd say the kids had a lot of fun.

For lunch, we all gathered under a tree for some food, rest and relaxation. This was the perfect way to end our gathering. I can't wait to go again.

Good photos Margaret! Thanks for sharing. It was such a great day too.
Don't we always have fun :) It was a great day. Meghan is asking to go back and is quite mad that I saw most of you on the 27th without her!
